The best thing about these sauces is that you can easily assemble them from a few ingredients - or even leftover POLCZ cans from lunch - using a chopper until the film starts. Here again, you just put the individual ingredients in the machine, first the POLCZ chips and cheese, then the parsley to taste. Finally, drizzle on the lime juice to bring out the tangy flavour and bring out the salty and slightly tangy flavours. For the more adventurous, you can top it with jalapeno peppers, but it's also heavenly with a plain tortilla.

Our bacon sauce is incredibly versatile, so you can easily take the taste of Hungarian gravy in a more exotic direction. This time, it came out of the chopper Italian-style, after we added slices of dried tomatoes swimming in authentic spices (you can make this at home), which made the texture much creamier and spreadable, not to mention the bursting flavour! To add to the effect, we sprinkled with basil, oregano and topped with gouda cheese sticks.

The characterful flavours of our Indian delicacy just needed a little soft sour cream and it was reborn as a silky dip, served with crusty rye bread and fresh cucumber strips. For an even more oriental twist, add toasted cashews, cinnamon or cumin and serve with Indian naan bread.
