Organiser of the Game
The organiser of the "Be our guest for a weekly lunch" product testing competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Game") is POLCZ FOOD Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered office: 3000 Hatvan, Hungary, zip code. 759/9. company registration number: 10-09-038879, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").
Persons participating in the Game
Entries are open to natural persons aged 18 or over who are domiciled in Germany, with the exception of the Promoter's executives, employees and their close relatives (as defined in Section 8:1 (1) (2) of the Civil Code) (hereinafter referred to as "the Winner"). If such a person is the Winner, the Promoter will announce a substitute winner. In the case of a Winner who is incapacitated, the legal representative of the Winner shall be entitled to claim the prize, provided that he/she meets the conditions set out in the Rules of the Game.
Duration of the Game
The Game will start on 04/04/2024 at 00:00 and will run until 31/07/2024 at 23:59 or until 50 test packs have been drawn.
Definition and procedure of the Game
During the duration of the Game, the Player must complete the following task:
between 04.04.2024 and 31.04.2024, on https://polczfood.com/de/hello/ by entering an email address (and at the same time subscribing to the newsletter) in the specified interface and registering for the product tester game.
Players who register for the game outside the specified period will not be eligible to participate in the game.
Players who meet the above criteria will be eligible to participate in the Game.
Determination and distribution of prizes
50 (Fifty) randomly selected winners will be announced in the Game:
each winner of a package of 6 POLCZ ready meals, which after testing will be subject to a facebook and/or google review on polczfood.com or POLCZ FOOD Deutschland facebook page.
Contact
The winners will be notified by the Promoter by e-mail at the e-mail address provided at the time of registration, in the first round of the competition, by 31.07.2024, after the closing of the competition. Thereafter, the Organiser will communicate with the winners by e-mail. If the winners do not reply to the e-mail, another player will be drawn in their place.
Winners have 15 days to claim the prize and provide the details required to make the payment/receive the prize, as specified by the Promoter, after which time the Promoter will announce a substitute winner.
Miscellaneous provisions
- The Promoter will not distribute any prizes other than those listed in these Rules.
- The Promoter reserves the right to award the prizes in a public programme.
- By participating in the Game, participants expressly acknowledge and accept these Game Rules.
Rules on processing of personal data and provision of information
During registration, the Player's e-mail address will be recorded.
The following details of the winners will be recorded before the prize is delivered: name, email address, postal and billing address, telephone number of the winner.
If the winnings require the payment of taxes or other public charges, the Promoter will also process any additional data necessary to fulfil its obligations. These data will be recorded on the basis of the documents submitted or produced by the winners or alternate winners after they have been notified.
Players participating in the Game expressly declare at the time of application that they accept the official rules of the Game and the Organiser's data management information, and acknowledge and consent to the following.
- the provision of data is voluntary, the processing of data is based on their voluntary consent, the Player gives their consent to the processing of data by participating in the Game, by submitting a response or by voluntarily providing personal data;
- publish their name on the Website and social networking sites of the Game, as decided by the Promoter.
- the details of the winning Players - i.e. their names - may be published by the Promoter on the polczfood.com website and on its own social media platforms;
- the personal data obtained during the Game is collected by the Promoter for contacting or soliciting purposes and used free of charge;
- in the event that taxes or other public charges are required to be paid in connection with the prizes, the Organiser will also process the additional data necessary to fulfil this obligation, the provision of which shall be deemed to be voluntary consent by the Player.
The Promoter is responsible for the payment of any taxes and levies incurred during the Competition.
The processing of personal data provided in connection with winning a prize for contacting or soliciting business starts with the submission of the response and continues until the data subject requests the controller to delete the data.
The period of processing of the data necessary for the payment of taxes or other public charges in connection with the winnings is the mandatory data processing period under the law, after which the data will be deleted.
The data will not be disclosed to third parties without the prior information and consent of the data owner (Player), except in cases provided for by law.
The Organiser warrants that the data will be processed in compliance with all applicable legal provisions. The rights related to data processing and the rules of legal remedies are set out in Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (hereinafter: "Info.tv.") and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter: "GDPR"), according to which the Player may request the rectification or erasure of his/her personal data, as well as information on the processing thereof, and may also apply to the courts for legal remedies.
Players who wish to have their data deleted from the database may do so at any time, without restriction and without giving any reason, and free of charge, by sending an e-mail to support@polczfood.com or by sending a postal letter to the Organiser's address.
Players also have the right to object to the processing of their personal data. The Organiser shall examine the objection within the shortest possible time from the date of the request, but not later than 15 days, and shall decide whether the objection is justified and inform the applicant in writing of its decision.
The Player acknowledges that the deletion of his/her data during the duration of the Game will result in his/her exclusion from the Game, as the Organizer will not be able to ensure the participation of the Player in the absence of such data.
The Player may enforce his/her rights before a court of law pursuant to Info.tv. and Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, or may contact the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11.; www.naih.hu).
